If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a return process that is clear, secure, and aligned with applicable consumer law.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions.

All return shipments are managed through our trusted logistics partner.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags intact
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Van Couti reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
